How do I place an order? We make it easy for you to place an order for our limited edition silver jewellery. Simply browse the online store, select the items you like, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready to checkout, follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and submit your order.

How long will it take to dispatch my purchase? All products are hand made and I do my utmost to dispatch products within 3 working days of the order being placed. If an item is required to be delivered faster or by a specific date, please e-mail me at info@janasvabova.com

How do I look after my jewellery? All pieces are silver sterling. As a general rule, avoid sleeping, showering or washing your hands with your jewellery on. Put any creams, moisturisers or perfumes on prior putting your jewellery on. Cleaning can be done with warm water and soap and dried with a soft towel.

Sustainability. Most packaging and insides is made of recycled materials. Silver is bought from suppliers specialising in recycled silver and stones from reputable retailers ensuring they are ethically sourced (if not repurposing old jewellery).

Secure ordering & payment options. We take the security of your personal and payment information very seriously. That's why we use secure, industry-standard encryption technology to protect your data. We also offer a variety of payment options, including major credit cards and PayPal, so you can choose the method that works best for you.

Returns & refunds. Return unworn within 14 days (not including postage). Earrings are excluded from the return policy due to hygiene reason. Any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be as a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. In those cases, we can offer a repair at a cost.
Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will never share or sell your data to third parties, and we take all necessary steps to keep your information secure.

Shipping.
UK Orders - I offer free shipping for all UK orders which will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For. If returned to me as undelivered, I can redeliver at your own cost.
International Orders - Items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For. If returned to me as undelivered, I can redeliver at your own cost or refund you, minus any cost incurred. Pricing is based on where is the order being placed from.
